Meet Your Facilitators
Michelle is a lifelong yoga student and career yoga teacher in the Denver area. Over the years yoga has allowed her the space to find herself. This sacred practice became her path to self love and acceptance. She has completed over 800 hours of training in various styles of yoga, fitness, meditation and breathwork and has taught over 2,000 hours.
She loves working with new yoga teachers and is a 200hr YTT facilitator, yoga teacher mentorship program leader, and local/international retreat host. She invites a playful yet powerful approach to exploring the mind-body connection with space for creativity and self expression. She guides with intention, intuition and pours her heart & soul into everything she does. Her purpose in this work is to remind others of their own limitless potential.
Michelle Ouellette
Natalie started her Yoga asana practice at a young age with her mom. What started as watching a zebra-print-leotard-clad Raquel Welch and her posse of yogis as a child evolved through cross-training for running, mental/emotional self-care, and spiritual connection. Yoga has been paramount for transmuting traumas and negative thought patterns into a sense of peace. Natalie received her 200 hour as well as Yin YTT through Radiant Life Yoga in Minneapolis, MN in 2020, which helped deepen her respect and understanding of this ancient practice. She received her Buti Yoga certification through Rise Yoga in Golden, CO in 2021. Honoring the spirituality and traditions while also creating an open and modern feel is important to Natalie. She would be honored to connect with you!

Plane tickets are not included in our pricing, but we are happy to help coordinate flights!

There are a variety of spa treatments and ceremonial experiences located at Peace Retreat that you are welcome to add on! Peace Retreat also offers off-site excursions that you can coordinate individually or as a group :)

Breakfast and dinner are provided–feel free to follow your heart (and stomach) for lunch! We have many restaurant recommendations and can orchestrate a market trip for any snacks.
(We always recommend bringing extra snacks with you as well!)

All transportation is either included in the airport shuttle or in any excursion costs you choose to do. Everything else on our itinerary is walking distance away. If you want to travel anywhere else during your stay, you will have to pay the cost and/or split it among the group!
